The groundbreaking ALK H2+Chemical System has undergone rigorous testing and surpassed all design requirements. This high-efficiency unit boasts a remarkable production capacity of 213 kg/day (1,000 Nm³/h) of hydrogen, with an average energy consumption of just 3.7 kWh/Nm³.
The system's modular design allows for effortless scaling by stacking multiple units, enabling producers to rapidly expand their hydrogen production capabilities.
Cost-Competitive Advantage: Paving the Way for Green EnergyThis breakthrough technology achieves a pre-production tax credit (PTC) cost of approximately $2.5/kg, considerably lower than industry average of $4-$5/kg (pre-PTC) for competing electrolyze-based solutions. Our system also offers the added benefit of producing 10-ton chemicals (Formic Acid, HCOOH) while generating 1-ton of hydrogen. The byproduct could be widely used in Chemical Manufacturing, Rubber industry, Food & beverage, agriculture, and hydrogen storage. Both green hydrogen and formic acid are expected to see steady growth in the coming years.
